ESP pendant anonymity (sort of)!

Post by Rias »

ESP pendant thoughts no longer broadcast a character's name, but their personal identifying color. All characters default to gray, which is used as anonymous, since everyone can use it at any time. Use the ESPCOLOR command to choose a unique color as your own identifier! When a color is chosen, other characers can't use that color (except gray, of course). Characters can change their color as often as they wish. Enjoy the anonymity and mass confusion!

Yippee! I never could figure out why you could tell who was sending out thoughts, yet everyone said that presence of identifying traits weren't part of the network. This makes ever so much sense, though will there at some point be some way to mentally train yourself to recognise someone's thoughts, like a recognition system?

Have ideas for more colors? Post them here. Of course, we reserve the right to refuse any suggestions that we don't like. (No, we won't add Death-Black)

There won't be any in-game mechanic for that; you'll have to depend on getting to know their habits and style, and making educated guesses based on that. A big point of the change is so that people can be anonymous if they wish.

Colors have been added, the list of espcolor all has been reformatted, to take up less screen space (lengthwise), sort them by main color type, and most importantly, to gray out taken colors.
A cheerful jingle intones, "Rithenschmirtz Evil Incorporateeeed!"
