The Stun effect is being implemented, and is replacing roundtime-infliction for many abilities. This is primariliy to prevent the stacking of extremely high roundtimes. Stuns will not stack durations, but will be replaced by the longer duration if more than one are applied in a short time. So if you were hit by two stunning moves at once, one for 3 seconds and one for 10 seconds, the 10-second one would apply.
