Arrow shafts

You can now use small branches to carve arrow shafts. While you cannot fire them (yet), it will allow you to skill up both Fletching and Woodworking with something other than large branches.
A cheerful jingle intones, "Rithenschmirtz Evil Incorporateeeed!"

The bowyer shop has some new items that might be of interest to arrow shaft carvers.
