Charm-seeking!

This started yesterday, but we're going to let it go on for a few days since I never liked requiring players to log in during holidays in order to participate in the equivalent festivies.

Hold an open container in one hand and use the charmseek command in major towns to get talismans, charms, treats and such, with a possibility of getting something unique!

I said major towns, but it looks like most hamlets are set up to participate as well. Nelra doesn't, though - that's less a hamlet, more a group of tents.
