Skinning/utility knife request

Would it be possible to get some kind of utility knife added to Flint's trading post, or as an item somehow available in the lodge guild locations? I find I'm very hesitant to use my last flint knife now that flint cannot be foraged and bushcrafters definitely need to have a reliable way to have a usable knife.
