Ability - Trackless Step

It would be very cool if Snowpiners could walk around the wilderness without leaving behind traces. This could be a combo ability that would also give them reduced RT/Hunger Loss while wandering the wilderness as well!

I think if something like this were added, it would be with INCREASED roundtime and hunger.
But I'm picturing it as something that could be toggled on/off.

Toggle makes sense, increased RT makes sense. Either way, it would be a neat ability!

If possible, would be more robust if the tracks when moving stealthily were still there, but resolved on a perception check.
