Going for this menswear fashion: Available in shops?

I was wondering if this look could be made a little more mainstream: Breeches, stockings and buckled shoes for men. (I am unsure if ladies ever traditionally wore these or not, other than buckled shoes).

To implement, I was wanting put in a request that since Mistral Lake is the only place I know of that sells breeches, that

(1) that 'stockings' be available (in fabrics of cotton, silk, and linen) in the clothing shop where socks and breeches are already sold. The core colors of stockings would be white and ivory, and could be of course available in more
(2) that 'buckled' be added as an option to the shoes sold at the shoe shop in Mistral, even better would three options, copper-buckled, brass-buckled, and silver-buckled
(3) That 'buckskin' be added as a fabric option for breeches, as in the old days buckskin breeches were often worn as activewear by gentlemen (shown in the last pic with the riding boots.)

Well, that's my request, what do you think?

I'll look into things and discuss with the other GM's and see what we can come up with.
