Options From The Account Screen

It'd be great if we could access the Options/Config feature from the account screen, with any changes being made on the account screen using the config commands applying to every character you have. There's certain things that I always have turned on or off, and it'd be great if I could just have that automatically applied to all of my characters (and any new ones I make).

As an added bonus, I usually zoom around with tells off - it'd be great if that also applied to the account screen, if the above functionality is added in!
