mechanical text which should not be seen when hidden

Hello,
I apologize if this the wrong forum to ask this, and I know this is a small request compared to other, more important ideas for the game, but it would be nice for some of the text strings which are shown when you are not hidden to do not be shown to everyone when you hide, such as pulling a hood or attaching/detaching charms to a esp network artifact.
to clarify, these two strings are sentto everyone in the room, even if they see you hiding or not.
