It's been long awaited. There are sights and sounds more or less "out of this world" . Smells of food treats you don't get every day. People are happy as they stroll in wonder the various shops with their families or their dates.
For these very obvious reasons, I feel justified in requesting that the entire festival grounds be coded as (gathering spot) and boost the players' morales.
