Haiban Spa Permitted Time

I'm not sure if anybody else uses this place, but I think it's fantastic as is. I know there was talk about adding some bonuses to its use, but at the moment it is fine to use. The only issue is that the ticket you buy is a day pass, which I can only guess means that it's a whole day, so 12 hours? Could it be set up like permits are in forges and tanning workshops, in that you can leave whenever you want and re-enter within the time allotted.
I know a few people on chat said that having the physical ticket was something they liked about the spa. My idea would be to keep the tickets, but if the player does not have a ticket in their hand, then deduct 500 riln from their wealth, and allow to pay for more time once inside. If the area is made like the permit areas are, then you would be able to pay in advance like normal, so there is no need for tickets here.
