Haiban Artisan Workcarts

Currently, the Artisan-only workcarts can be obtained from the warehouses in Mistral Lake and Shadgard, but not in the Artisans' primary city of Haiban. As the Haiban warehouse is currently occupied by a little Church room, I'd recommend adding workcarts to the list of things you can get from the Artisan Compound's yard, and/or Haiban Imports.
