Trading Post Bleed Out

I realized yesterday that the trading post will not barter bandages to you if you're bleeding out. If that is Flint's jam, I'm ok with that, there is a proper infirmary not too far away, but I would love to see bandages be able to be bartered for by people with bleeding wounds.
