Colored mail packages

I'd like to be able to buy an assortment of colors for mailing purposes. It'd be nice for organization purposes. Also, holiday season.

Also. I know Rias liked the idea and planned to implement it at some point, but didn't. Envelopes. It's weird to send a private letter in a huge package! :D

This should have already been done. At least, someone volunteered to do it. Check your local post offices. Please check the game and/or devlog before bumping old posts.
