Brawling: Face Punches

Whenever I watch a show or read a book and there's some kind of fist fighting going on, punching someone in the face really hard can knock them down.
It'd be great if we had an ability that tied into brawling focus/the current brawling system similar to dirty tricks, but not rely on stealth.
So I present to you, Brawling: Face Punches! You can probably come up with a better name. It's about taking advantage of timing and being brutish to just knock someone heels over head with a powerful punch.

Punching an opponent in the face can help you gain an advantage over them, or make a quick escape. While punching someone in the face seems simple, it does require a little know-how to employ easily and effectively.
(OOC: Attempts to knock a target down by punching them in the face, hard. Triggers on tactics none or offense while brawling.)
Prerequisites: Brawling Focus
Skill Requirements: 30 Brawling, 30 Melee
