So if your bleeding to death in the middle of the street there should be a random chance some kind citizen will drag you into the healing place. or if the healer happened to glance outside and they weren't busy or one of the monks that tend to go to the infermories. Of course this would depend on the town your in some people would just walk by some might rescue you and demand some form of payment in return. who noes some might just step on you and put you out.

It's a cool concept, but I can't see it happening in any of our current towns. Even our "good" towns are still pretty rough-and-tumble.
