Unconscious aiming

It'd be nice if when using a melee weapon and aiming at a part on an unconscious foe, we could have higher, if not perfect, aim. It gets silly when I'm standing over an unconscious foe with my spear pointed over their abdomen and I hit their arm or leg instead.
