Ponder and Helmets

You rub your chin thoughtfully, pondering the situation.
Anyway to have it check whether you're wearing a helm or such, and depending on the type of helm, change the messaging?

Good thing we don't have any hand-worn items that deal slash damage. "You rub your chin thoughtfully, but also manage to slit your own throat in the process."

Katars aren't hand-worn by current mechanics, they're held like a dagger. But, yes please!
