Outfit Command: Handhelds also

I was hoping the outfit command could be expanded to include items held in hand.
For example, Kent has an around-town outfit, with fancy hat and coat, and when changing into this, would like also to be automatically holding walking-stick and smoking-pipe.
He also has his blacksmithing outfit of coveralls and goggles, and would like to be automatically holding hammer and tongs, etc.
