Stableboy Horse Retrieval Service

I'm not sure if this is possible or what you all might think of it, but it would be nice if we could go to the stables and pay an upfront fee for when we know we've lost our horses.
That way we dont have to wait around for them to start looking for them. I would think this would save a little time and frustration, now that horses can run all over the place if we park them outside a hunting area.
Maybe a 10 or 20 minute time frame from when we pay for them to be looked for?

As mentioned in
this thread, stableboys don't go out into the (very dangerous) wilds to round up horses - the horses eventually wander back to the last safe place they were at.
A horse location and retrieval service wouldn't be very realistic, considering how vast the lands are. If you range around a bit and can't find your horse, you'll have to wait for it to wander back.

Ok!
Oddly enough, I ended up finding mine. I tried tracking with his tracks but for some reason it didnt show tracks leading into the thoroughfare.
Do tracks not show when entering or leaving exits like that?

They should show up entering explorable areas, but they don't show up when arriving FROM those areas. So like you should see horse tracks entering a thoroughfare (provided you're in terrain where tracks can be left), but you wouldn't see tracks arriving FROM the thoroughfare when it came back out. This isn't intended, though, and will be fixed at some point so tracks can be seen both entering and leaving. It's just a little iffy with some of the weirder entry/exit portals.
