I thought this would be helpful. In some games I’ve played, there is a note system to support character generated RP. The system is fairly simple. Notes can be typed out by characters regarding the RP they have been involved in, and players should be encouraged to write up a note for that RP. The notes would have a time stamp, and should be able to be viewed by the player who submitted it, and the staff. These would be used to help the staff in following RP and structure events to drive that RP. The notes could be saved for 3 months before they would be cleared out.

I vote yes! It would allow rp that is done when GMs aren't around to be seen and acted upon accordingly. This would allow players to feel that their RP is truly understood and I'm sure it'd make the GM's happier.
