for newbies, and I'm sure even experienced players, it would be mighty convenient to have a reply function, which sends a tell to the last person who sent you a tell.

I think this would be especially handy for when a GM TELLS to you, but is in hide mode. That way we don't have to REPORT and bug all the GMs...

That would be a useful situation for a reply command.

It doesn't bug the GM's, as a rule we all like to be aware of something that is going on so that someone else can step in if they're able to fix it faster.
