Workyards and other paid areas, suggestion 2

Currently, it is possible to be halfway through forging or what ever in a workyard or tannery, then your permit expires, and the invisible workman steps over and tells you your permit has expired so you cannot complete your started item...you probably need only 35 or 45 more seconds to finish up.
I would like to request that this be changed so the workyard extends you the common courtesy of completing your item before they stop you from using the work area. In mechanical terms, the prevention would take place when you try to Put something On the anvil or On the tanning worktable; not as is current, when you try the action of forging or leathercrafting.
