An ability or general skill which allows a person to go out with a clothing or jewelry item and attempt to sell it to civilians who wander around in the cities or hamlots. The success would be dependant on a measure of luck, as well as your general appearance, and maybe a perception roll. The amount you get can be less, equal, or more than the amount you would get at a pawn shop, and those who are particularly adept at it can even sell items that are of no value. The syntax would be, while holding the item in your right hand, type scam crowd when in the same room as a crowd of people.

Traders already have a power to do most of this in the markets.

I do like this idea, but there are two things I would consider. The first was previously mentioned. The "traders" do do this to a certain extent.
The second is that I would think that since people are generally suspicious or uncomfortable around the undead, buying things from one of them would be viewed as strange or taboo.
