I recently discovered these, and noticed they are shoulder wearable.

You can open and close them while you're wearing them, but you cant seem to drink out of them.

I think it would be super kewl if we could!

You should be able to. You'll need to fill it first, though. Go to a place that sells drinks, have it open in your right hand, and order one. If that's not working, your canteen is bugged, please BUG it in-game as well as details about where you acquired it.

Edit: and then I realized you probably meant drink WHILE WEARING... Heh, oops. Nevermind then.

This would be kinda nice. I might actually wear mine instead of stowing it.
