Some more trash barrels/trash containers in key locations

Hello everyone,
I was thinking it would be a great idea if some more trash containers were available in key locations. They don't all have to be barrels, since barrels don't really fit in most environments. An example would be an oak trash container in the locksmith's shops and another material can be available in the post offices and tannery.
As for the disposing messages, I don't think the message of the man with the horse and wagon would apply, so it can be something else, like a city cleansman (yeah I just made it up) or something else fitting to the Clok theme.
