Requested Tones

I thought of three tones that aren't on our list but are common in literature, 'warm' , 'cool', and 'cold'.

Speaking to a constable, you warmly say, "Good Morning."

Speaking to Jaster, you cooly ask, "Did I ask you to count the riln in my pocket?"

etc.

And I thought of another one, 'smirk', not sure if it would be better under tone or speech.

Clayton says with a smirk, "I'll forge a warhammer for the occasion.'

So that I understand correctly, we submit the tone suggestion using the bug report command, even though no bug is actually involved?
