Roundtime for a nul transfer?

I saw this situation recently

I was wondering if you guys'd consider eliminating the roundtime for this.You try to tranfer some of the contents of your birch-planked handcart into a lacquered fir-planked wagon, but couldn't find what you were looking for.
Roundtime: 5 seconds.
