Crafting Tools

Any chance of a location that sells non-steel/iron crafting tools that isn't Corvus Outpost?

Unless there is a place in the small settlements, and I've not noticed it.

Most of Shadgard's stuff should be made of copper.

It is. Except, Blacksmith's Hammers, Tongs, and gem Chisels are not.

They're either steel, or iron. (Shadgard has steel or iron, and then Mistral Lake has the other metal.)
