Leaseable rooms in inns

For the people who are not (yet) in a guild, it would be nice to have a room in an inn. It would of course cost a bit, but you could deposit your stuff and sit there and craft a bit without being interrupted.

Due to the fact that not every guild grants a private room to their members, I second being able to rent an inn room for a game-monthly fee and/or a lump sum.

Yes, I too agree.

Also, for role-playing purposes, you just might want a small room in an inn with a bed to sleep in for the night for something like 20 riln; no storage of items, checkout time is 10 am, and if you log out in the rented room then log back in after 10 am, you're located in the lobby of that inn upon re-connection.
