Trudging through water and mud

It would be cool if walking through shallow or muddy areas had a chance to get you drenched or covered in mud, respectively. I just like the idea of coming back from trudging through the thermal tunnels all muddy, for some reason.

I'd still like to get covered in blood too when fighting mobs... Or when skinning or butchering. >.>
