I think it would be a nice gift to all of our players (as if you haven't given us enough ^.-) to do a holiday spirit buff! Where the joy and the warmth of the season provides an accelerated skill gain rate from maybe the 26th - 30th of the month.

If that's too much perhaps a holiday treat wagon that could have a variety of different foods that would help you to gain higher returns from guild tasks or while working on a skill after just having consumed it. I'd be more than happy to help design some of the flavors/styles of the food as well.

We did something like this last year, so you'll likely see it again this year.
