adding sing and singplay ♪♫ emotes

So this is a multi-part suggestion revolving around adding singing emotes to gameplay, which format the song in lines using ^ , and allow a tone to be used.

(1) Could it be possible for the musical note characters ♪♫ to be viewable in-game?

(2) Could we add emotes SING and SINGPLAY to function as follows:

Entering the following three command lines:

emote begins to sing a sappy song about a surprise run-in with bandits

Tone soft

Sing Oh I was sapped,^And me buddy was sapped,^And me buddy's buddy, they sapped him too.

Would produce the following in-game output viewable by others:
(Lemuel begins to sing a sappy song about a surprise run-in with bandits.)

Lemuel sings softly,
" ♪♫ Oh I was sapped,
And me buddy was sapped,
And me buddy's buddy, they sapped him too. ♪♫"

Holding a particular musical instrument (in this example, a rosewood lyre), and substituting SINGPLAY for SING in the third command line

singplay Oh I was sapped,^And me buddy was sapped,^And me buddy's buddy, they sapped him too.

Would result in this in-game output to viewers:
Lemuel strums his rosewood lyre and sings softly,
" ♪♫ Oh I was sapped,
And me buddy was sapped,
And me buddy's buddy, they sapped him too. ♪♫"
(Stringed instruments are typically held in the left hand and strummed/plucked/picked by the right hand).

P. S. Pardon the lame content of the song, I was just using it for filler.

Singplay sounds like a good idea, but I'll want to wait on that till we have actual instrument-playing skills implemented first. I have no idea on whether the music notes thing is possible, maybe Jirato can look into it for us.
