Seas and Oceans

It would be a cool idea if we had boats to sail around on Seas, rivers, and oceans. It would take us out into the water and we can fish, sailing parties, etc....

We'll be expanding to the ocean eventually. It's still a bit further to the west. From an IC perspective it exists, your characters just don't have the option to travel there yet.
It will happen eventually though, Rias is always getting giddy about piratey/sea/beach stuff.
