Halloween Party?

I thought it would be a nifty idea.
We could ask Kyskie for special requests for costumes and stuff.

Quick, someone think up an Arad equivalent of Halloween. I think something like this would be fun.

Last year the Rook Parlour had some crazy silly spirits haunt Shadgard that you could fight for prizes, but I don't think we had a party?
