NPC Locksmith buy-back

The Locksmith Silena quickly scans the contents of the box, removes some riln as well as from inside and hands the box back to you with a nod.
I already bugged this missing information bug (it doesn't tell you what else she takes)...
But it'd be really cool if we could buy-back the gems and "stuff" that she's taking from us. Be super useful for lapidary/blacksmithing.
