Mailing Coins

I have set up a business for orders as well as for me buying things but there is no way for me to send or receive riln. Could this be added to things able to mailed?

Maybe we could look at an option to withdraw a promissory note instead of the actual riln from the bank.
That note could then be given away, mailed, stolen... etc.

Will the note be able to be deposited to any bank or only the city where it was made?
I think it would be cool if you could deposit it in another city but at a 15% exchange fee to pay for their time confirming it is real and having someone withdraw the money from the other city and paying a runner to bring it to their bank.
