suggestion: Maybe you can bind pieces of parchment together to make a book of some sort? Or journal?

I support this idea. Then I can finally right that mad-scientist journal.

The ability to sheath or holster weapons.

Also, the inability to steal from sheaths/holsters.

Most weapons are too heavy to steal. And I've never stolen anything small like a dagger from a sheath, so I don't think it's possible. I have, however, stolen revolvers and the like from open holster, but I always assumed that this was because a holster can be opened/closed.

Weapon sheaths/holsters/harnesses/etc. should be impossible to steal from. The revolver incident Jaster is referring to is from quite a while ago, most likely before the steal-proofing was implemented, but I'll double-check it to be certain. As he said, there are size restrictions on stealing: only small and tiny items can be stolen. If you put a small weapon like a dagger or flintlock into a regular container like a pouch or backpack, it will be stealable. You can always register your items at the Town Hall, which will prevent them from being sellable to the pawnshop or fence, and will help dramatically if you go to local law enforcement for assistance in reclaiming stolen goods.

sheath and holster (and similar) have been intended since stow/stash, just never got high enough on the priority list.

Oh, I did not know any of those things. Thanks!

I was actually referring to being able to steal Zurin's revolver out of his holster, which has been recent (and on several occasions). When I stole Collins' revolver so long ago it was because he was storing it in his longcoat.

This reminds me of another suggestion that I thought of. How about stealing something specific. Example: Steal Jaster dagger.

Trying to steal from Jaster is baaad.

No, trying to steal from Jaster is fair play.
No, trying to steal from Jaster is foreplay.
Fixed that for you.

Bah. That would be because the holsters weren't correctly tagged. Upon login, any worn holsters should be auto-updated.

Layered clothing in general would be nice, as would the ability to get just customizable pants in Shadgard, outside of the Tse Gaiyan chapterhouse.

Secondly (I don't remember if this was suggested or not and I'm lazy), but an introduction/dub/remember system where when you first see a person, you see a short description rather than their name until they introduce themselves, or you remember them as something.

Layered clothing would knock my socks off. A waistcoat over a blouse? I would faint.

I wouldn't mind layered clothing. :/ like pants (I suggest leggings) and a skirt.

I've always thought it would be nice to have my longcoat and hood hide the armor underneath but I guess this is one of those fun things on the to-do list somewhere.

How about checking how much riln you have in your bank? I hate having to withdraw by the 10s or 100s then seeing how much riln I have left by counting by the single digits
