Creature anatomy

Post by Blair »

There needs to be a general skill that measures our understanding of creature anatomy.
This skill will affect how well we kill creatures. If you hunt a monster and not know its vital points and skeleton structure,
what was intended to be a critical hit could have deflected on a bone and merely scratch the monster.
This skill would also affect how well our crafted armors are tailored to the individual sizes.

How would that effect the aiming system though, especially targeting the neck or the eyes..

If you attack a large spider, do you know where its eyes are?

...We have large spiders?! Kill it with fire!!!

<If we get exotic creatures that are non typical then yes, I see your point. At the same time then there should be a study command of what damage types the creature is weak to and areas that have the least amount of health.>
