Hello
Here's some idea for a quality of life bonus.
I've seen a bunch of chats about people wanting not to see certain skills they don't even use, skills they accidentally train up etc, and that they want to unlearn the skills so they don't have to see them in the list whenever they t ype skills. As I'm personally not a fan of un-training massive skills myself, I'm not going to suggest that but instead go by someone else's suggestion in the same conversation I can't remember who anymore to be able to hide skills we don't want shown in the skills list, and perhaps requires you to skills all to see or whatev. Something like skill toggle skillname or something like that to hide and unhide said skills would be nice.

Piggybacking on this thread to request a similar feature: it would be nice if we could see the training status of a skill when checking it specifically, i.e. "skill mining".
Or maybe a "skill training" command that uses the normal format, but only shows the ones that are currently being trained?

Re: Hiding skills?
"Skills study" displays just the Skills you have training left in, if that's what you mean. It's been a little while since I've used it, but I believe it keeps the same format as the skill table with current skill and goal.jerc wrote: ↑Sat Nov 30, 2024 10:05 am Piggybacking on this thread to request a similar feature: it would be nice if we could see the training status of a skill when checking it specifically, i.e. "skill mining".

A shadowy wolf with luminous blue eyes emerges from the edge of the redwood grove, its stance and gait non-aggressive. Maintaining several yards distance, it sits. Several others begin to emerge from various points in the foliage around you, causing you to realize you have been surrounded. The first wolf stares at Vighon for many long moments, unmoving and unblinking, as the surrounding wolves remain still. Then the first wolf stands, turns, and heads back into the redwood grove. The surrounding wolves disappear back into the surroundings.
Re: Hiding skills?
There used to be a Favorite Skills command which allowed you to add/remove skills based on whatever you wanted, and when you used it, it would just show those currently on the list.
I loved it.

Ah, "skills study" is exactly what I wanted! Maybe that should be listed as an option when you just type "skills" in addition to "skills all"? It's not terribly discoverable as it is.
