Sales Cart Shop Titles

Would it be possible to add the ability for people to "Name" their sales carts, so when people use "list/order" it's labelled at the top? This would help cut down on confusion as to who is affiliated with which cart. Maybe tie it to a request system (like craftmarks) to prevent crazy names from happening?
