Ability reset for paradigm change in Blacksmithing

Sure, there are plenty of excited new folks who believe they benefitted from the changes in Blacksmithing. Good.

What about those players who were hard done by with these changes? They can now forge a shovel and a bucket, but they can no longer make a spear or a shortsword or similar things that were the mainstay , and requests IC to exchange knowledge IC have been met with the stone wall of silence if not outright refusal to trade.

It is only fair, now that we have this huge game-changer dropped on us, to have an ability reset.
