SPLASH with a bucket

Would be nice to be able to splash someone with a filled bucket.

For the RP!

Uses: Someone tell me if this is the case, but is splash an offensive action? If not, you can use splash to clean your horse
You can splash an enemy for bonus cold damage
You can drench your friends.

When by a river or shallow water, possibly just the latter unfortunately or inside shallow water, type splash <horse>

I guess I should have specified having a way to clean them without them dodging or acting like they're being attacked would be good. Either way, I think splashing with a bucket would be fun. Not that anyone carries them around all the time.

I'm all about finding a way to wash my horse without it me turning it into a bet with myself as to how long it'll take to get the beast washed off! :)
