Registered Items

I don't know if a command exists for this already, but it would be nice to have a command that lists all of the items that you have registered to your character.

There's no practical way to do this code-wise currently, but a database system that would enable it has been on the to-do list for a while. It's just a pretty massive undertaking, so I've been putting it off.
