Skah looked down as the tendrils of nether stripped the flesh off his arms, exposing bones that quickly charred and splintered. He fell to his knees, scattering papers and candles. As he stared at the amorphous mass of nether in front of him, he wondered what his mistake had been. Looking at the lifeless cadaver in the center of the room, he suddenly understood.
"So, this is what it feels like to die."
The nether surged forward, and Skah was no more.
