Hello everyone! Fayne found out she is Undying tonight, so I figured everyone would get a kick out of seeing her dramatic reaction to it! Please note that I edited it down, as this all occured in the infirmary. I hope you like it!
After that we proceeded on to introdustions and Fayne realizing that her horse was missing, thus rushing out in a hurry to go and find it. I hope this was an enjoyable read! You slowly regain consciousness.
You groan.
Gad sits up.
Gad nods to you.
You sit up.
(Fayne looks around slowly, dazed)
You ask, "Wha-?"
You ask, "Where am I?"
Speaking to you, Gad says, "You are in Mistral Lake."
You blink.
You ask, "Mistral...?"
Speaking to you, Gad says, "I found you in the forest."
You say, "I thought I was dead."
You chuckle.
Gad says, "You were."
(Fayne slowly comprehends Gad's words)
You say, "Wait..."
You say, "You mean..."
Speaking to you, Gad asks, "You must have been attacked?"
You ask, "I'm not still dead?"
Gad shakes his head at you.
You say, "But that means..."
You say, "I'm..."
You worriedly say, "No, I can't be. I can't be Undying."
Gad glances at you.
Speaking to you, Gad asks, "You sound worried?"
Speaking to Gad, you say, "I'm not really, right? I must have just been almost dead. Yeah, that's gotta be it."
Gad stares at you.
(Fayne nods vugorously, a worried look in her eyes)
Speaking to you, Gad asks, "Should I find you fallen again do you wish for me to try to bring you back?"
Gad says, "I was able to find you quickly which could have helped but..."
Gad eyes you speculatively.
Gad says, "You should probably accept the possibility that you are one of the few who are Undying."
Speaking to you, Gad says, "That means you have a larger responsibilty to the people of these lands."
Speaking to Gad, you say, "But I..."
Gad says, "Some only have one life to live and not many get many chances at it."
(Fayne suddnely gets a spark of realization in her eyes)
Speaking to Gad, you exclaim, "You're right! I do have a responsibility to the people of these lands! That must be why I did not pass on!"
You smile.
Gad grins at you.
