Chapterhouse Update

After some consideration, Chapterhouse has been remodeled (At least part of it has). This is again, a Retcon, so just remember, this is as you folks have -always- remembered/seen it.

Also after another discussion, some guild benefits have been restored. Tse Gaiyan, retake the lands, purge the infested, protect the lost lands and make the organization proud!
