Gathering Spot in Mummer's Camp

You know, in the centre of the Mummer's Camp you have storytelling, musicians, players performing plays, similar entertainment like juggling, I think, etc. This as much as anything else in game is going to boost your spirits. Let's make that place a Gathering Spot as well, please and thank you.
