Allows a Mummer to mentally captivate a channelers attention with a Word. This would distract them from their difficult concentration of holding their channels. Normal failure while under this effect is to drop a channel, critical failures (or faults! HA!) would result in similar troubles from elemental disruption! Another great debuff and very fun feature! Would be even more hilarious if it would randomly make them hum or something.

That'd be very interesting, especially if used against MOB that channel.
