I was thinking that it would be a really awesome feature for mummers to be able to use their recognition points in clothing shops.
The clothing shops are able to say that they provided a well known and liked performer with their clothes therefore boosting their sales. Maybe not completely free, but perhaps a reduced price.

Mummer's make plenty of money! Story telling is by far in my opinion one of the best ways to make riln and guild points. Not to mention the thousands I've made divining or telling stories to PCs rather than using the automated system. People seem very receptive to making sure Mummer have riln, food and drink and I for one, absolutely love it! Keep at it and you'll develop some folks who want to be around you and see what you will do next!
